CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Body Conditioning

A whole-body workout that can improve your overall fitness. The class focuses on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, which will help develop a strong and tone physique.

Body Sculpting

A muscle-toning class with focus on the core and overall strength by using exercise bands, dumbbells, benches or a combination of them all! It incorporates traditional weight-training moves and muscle confusion to get your body sculpted!

Extreme Body Blast

A complete workout that challenges balance, strength, mobility, cardio and core.

Extreme Body Strength

A resistance training class that uses a variety of body weight, tubing, barbell and dumbbell exercises to strengthen every muscle group from head to toe. Great class to get ready for the ski season or summer activities!

High Fitness

This class transforms old school aerobics into present day fitness techniques, including H.I.I.T. and plyometrics. It's set to popular music, which alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.

H.I.I.T.

High Intensity Interval Training entails intense bursts of full body exercise, followed by short recovery periods. It’s known to be one of the most effective and efficient forms of exercise for caloric burn.

H.I.I.T. for Moms

Focuses on muscle strengthening, weight loss and toning of the core, legs, and glutes. This class will help tighten up the female body after having a baby, or more than one baby. Whether you had your baby 6 weeks ago, or 6 years ago, this class will help give you the strong and healthy body you want.

Insanity®

A fast paced, cardio based, total body conditioning program centered around the principles of high intensity training. It’s often described as insane!

Pilates

Pilates is a series of exercises, performed on a yoga mat, to improve posture. Pilates strengthens the core muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and back to improve balance, trunk strength and flexibility, as well as relieve chronic pain.

Pound®

A full body, cardio-jam workout inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, this class provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rock'in out! Ripstixs are provided to attendees.

R.I.P.P.E.D.™

The class that entails it all – Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. A true, full body workout.

Super Cycle

Whether you are a beginner or avid cyclist, this workout burns tons of calories (Up to 600/hour). It will strengthen and tone the legs and core, expand the lungs, help with weight loss and get you prepared for cycling outdoors or just get in outstanding shape.

Total Body Sculpt

A non-aerobic, muscle toning class that utilizes body weight, along with dumbbells, barbells and/or resistance bands.

Turbo Kick®

A fusion of hip hop and kickboxing. Burn calories, have fun and get your heart pumping.

Walking Class

A year round outdoor walking workout that begins with a short warm-up, followed by a 60-minute walk, and finishes with stretching. Great for those just starting to exercise as well as those seeking a lower to moderate level of cardiovascular fitness.

Yoga

Strengthens your core, improves flexibility, relieves stress, improves posture, develops balance and expands the lungs through breathing exercises. A great class to connect the mind and body.

Zumba®

Dance fitness program that blends Latin dance moves and funk to current upbeat pop and international music. If you love to dance, Zumba® is for you!

Zumba® Toning

All the fun elements of conventional Zumba® but with extra emphasis on toning and sculpting. Toning sticks or light dumbbell weights are used.
