CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Body Conditioning

A whole-body workout that can improve your overall fitness. The class focuses on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, which will help develop a strong and tone physique.

Body Sculpting

A muscle-toning class with focus on the core and overall strength by using exercise bands, dumbbells, benches or a combination of them all! It incorporates traditional weight-training moves and muscle confusion to get your body sculpted!

Extreme Body Blast

A complete workout that challenges balance, strength, mobility, cardio and core.

Extreme Body Strength

A resistance training class that uses a variety of body weight, tubing, barbell and dumbbell exercises to strengthen every muscle group from head to toe. Great class to get ready for the ski season or summer activities!

High Fitness

This class transforms old school aerobics into present day fitness techniques, including H.I.I.T. and plyometrics. It's set to popular music, which alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.

H.I.I.T.

High Intensity Interval Training entails intense bursts of full body exercise, followed by short recovery periods. It’s known to be one of the most effective and efficient forms of exercise for caloric burn.

HIIT It & Spin It

Unique class combining High Intensity Interval Training with Cycle to get your blood pumping!

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a great workout for anyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. This class is flexible and adaptive so that it serves the needs of all participants - It will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, & all genders are welcome! The class format integrates combinations of punches, kicks, & mitt-work (No equipment needed, just bring yourself!). Additional muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone. You will have fun, learn practical movements, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout!

Pilates

Pilates is a series of exercises, performed on a yoga mat, to improve posture. Pilates strengthens the core muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and back to improve balance, trunk strength and flexibility, as well as relieve chronic pain.

Small Group Training (SGT)

SGT is designed to make a personal trainer more accessible, at a much smaller investment than conventional one-on-one training. If you are a beginner and not sure how to start, or your workouts have simply stalled and you have hit a plateau, SGT is great way to energize your workout and implement new techniques, motivation and instruction with a personal trainer. SGT is limited to no more than 8 participants to ensure your session integrity and individualized attention. This program has an investment of $99/month. The $99 includes your monthly membership (Plus Membership, including 24/7/365 access, unlimited group classes & childcare), as well as access to all SGT sessions.

Super Cycle

Whether you are a beginner or avid cyclist, this workout burns tons of calories (Up to 600/hour). It will strengthen and tone the legs and core, expand the lungs, help with weight loss and get you prepared for cycling outdoors or just get in outstanding shape.

Total Body Sculpt

A non-aerobic, muscle toning class that utilizes body weight, along with dumbbells, barbells and/or resistance bands.

Walking Class

A year round outdoor walking workout that begins with a short warm-up, followed by a 60-minute walk, and finishes with stretching. Great for those just starting to exercise as well as those seeking a lower to moderate level of cardiovascular fitness.

Yoga

Strengthens your core, improves flexibility, relieves stress, improves posture, develops balance and expands the lungs through breathing exercises. A great class to connect the mind and body.

Zumba®

Dance fitness program that blends Latin dance moves and funk to current upbeat pop and international music. If you love to dance, Zumba® is for you!

Zumba® Toning

All the fun elements of conventional Zumba® but with extra emphasis on toning and sculpting. Toning sticks or light dumbbell weights are used.
